About Us
The North Grenville Writers Circle (NGWC), established in 2018, brings together a diverse community of
writers. Participants range from those contemplating authorship, aspiring novelists, and
traditionally and self-published authors. Our interests span the spectrum of fiction and non-fiction genres.
Primarily a social learning writers group, we run two no-cost, in-person workshop series each year during
winter and fall.
Our primary focus is on the craft and business of writing.
We foster networking, advice exchange, celebration, support, and collaboration.
We sometimes interview former Guest Speakers as part of a book launch or for recordings that are
published online.
What We Are Not: Although mistaken for such, we do not function as a direct sales marketplace for
authors to sell books to other authors.
